Roger T. Pipe:  Where were you born?

Kimi Lixx:  Lorain, Ohio USA

Roger T. Pipe:  Did you grow up there?

Kimi Lixx:  There and near there, I've lived within 40 miles of where I am now my whole life.

Roger T. Pipe:  What were you like growing up?

Kimi Lixx:  Probably better to ask my mother that question. I was a quiet kid, I like to read, do jigsaw puzzles, and get into quiet sorts of trouble. Things like hassling teachers and getting put at the "time out desk", or accidentally blowing up the tool shed at home.

Roger T. Pipe:  How did you find your way into porn movies?

Kimi Lixx:  I worked for a bachelor party agency run by a gal who went into porn. She didn't want to travel alone and asked me to go with her on a trip to LA. Once I was there, people wanted to hire me, it seemed like fun, so I went for it.

Roger T. Pipe:  What was your first movie? When?

Kimi Lixx:  The first scene I did wasn't in the first video I was in that was released. That being said, the title was Fuck-u-mentary, for Extreme Associates, and that was shot on June 15, 2000.

Roger T. Pipe:  Who was the scene with?

Kimi Lixx:  Hershel Savage

Roger T. Pipe:  Were you nervous?

Kimi Lixx:  YES!

Roger T. Pipe:  When you were finished with that first scene, did you know you wanted to do more?

Kimi Lixx:  YES!!

Roger T. Pipe:  About how many movies have you done?

Kimi Lixx:  Somewhere between 30 and 40. I'm not sure of the exact number.

Roger T. Pipe:  Any that stand out as favorites?

Kimi Lixx:  Phantom Love (Wicked), Panty Hoes #3(New Sensations), Senator's Wife(Wildlife), and maybe a few others that I had a lot of fun shooting, but since I haven't seen the finished product yet I won't say.

Roger T. Pipe:  Do you any favorite guys to work with? Girls?

Kimi Lixx:  Nikita Denise is my favorite girl, hands down. I haven't picked a favorite guy, it seems like every time I'm ready to pick one I have a really good time with someone else. My top three at the moment are Joel Lawrence, Evan Stone, and John West.

Roger T. Pipe:  Do the people you grew up with know what you're doing? If so, what has their reaction been? How about your family? Their reaction?

Kimi Lixx:  My family has been very supportive. I don't know anyone I went to school with, so I have no idea what their reactions might be.

Roger T. Pipe:  Had you done things like anal, facials or sex with girls before porn?

Kimi Lixx:  Yep!

Kimi Lixx:  No, but I've always been a net geek. I just shifted from all my old chat rooms and message boards to porn chat rooms and message boards.

Roger T. Pipe:  Do people recognize you when you're out?

Kimi Lixx:  Only once, so far.

Roger T. Pipe:  What has your interaction with fans been like?

Kimi Lixx:  Very positive! I started a section in my club for pics with fans, that's been a big hit! Everyone wants to do it, finding the time and place is sometimes awkward, though.

Roger T. Pipe:  Do you have any favorite things to do on camera?

Kimi Lixx:  To have fun, especially to laugh.

Roger T. Pipe:  Anything you won't do on camera?

Kimi Lixx:  I don't do gang bangs, bukkake, peeing, pooing, and other various "icky" things. If it doesn't trip my trigger personally, I'm not going to do it on camera any more than I would off camera.

Roger T. Pipe:  Do you have any tattoos or piercing?

Kimi Lixx:  Nope, none.

Roger T. Pipe:  Do you read what is written about you on the web?

Kimi Lixx:  Yes, at least as much as I can find.

Roger T. Pipe:  What is the best thing you've read? The worst?

Kimi Lixx:  It would be hard to pick a best. So many things I've read have been really nice. It's always a special thrill when someone says you're their favorite, even if it's just out of the scenes in one video. Everything Patrick Riley ever said about me, that was probably the worst. I've only read a few poor reviews, which is good, because I'm not so secure that I could stand a lot of bad ones.

Roger T. Pipe:  You're up for Best Newbie in the Rog polls. Do you think you'll win?

Kimi Lixx:  I couldn't say, I'm up against some very attractive girls who all have their own followings. I have very loyal fans, and I might have an advantage since I chat and participate on message boards, a "net presence" that some of the other girls don't have. It COULD happen, but I would be surprised if it did.

Roger T. Pipe:  What do you think of the other girls nominated?

Kimi Lixx:  I can't say anything, really. I briefly met Calli Cox once (she's already out of the running). I don't think I've met any of the other girls.

Roger T. Pipe:  What are you plans beyond porn?

Kimi Lixx:  I plan to invest in a few properties for rental purposes and be a landlady. It worked for my grandmother, and since I managed her estate for a couple years after she passed on, I know how to do it, and what is involved. I'll probably go back to school, too, just for the heck of it.

Roger T. Pipe:  Do you work with condoms or without?

Kimi Lixx:  I'm condom optional.

Roger T. Pipe:  Do you think the industry is doing enough to keep performers safe?

Kimi Lixx:  Probably not, but I'm not sure what else could be done.

Roger T. Pipe:  How would you say your on screen personality reflects or differs from the 'real' Kimi?

Kimi Lixx:  The real Kimi doesn't wear so much make-up. Honestly, I don't try to be anyone different when I'm on camera. If I have a character to play, then I do my best to act how I would act - if I were that character - I never try to be something I'm not.

Roger T. Pipe:  Have you had any bad experiences on a porn set? Funny ones?

Kimi Lixx:  I've had both. The bad I'm not going to talk about, I won't work with that person again, and I'm just considering it a learning experience. The funny, well, it wasn't really very funny at the time, at least not to me. Some of the crew on Rainwoman #17 decided to pull a prank on me, and told me that I should call my scene partner "Mister" during our scene. "It's part of the storyline." Of course I was naive enough to fall for it. So I'm saying things like "Oh Mister, lick my pussy..." and other pornlike talk... and everyone is cracking up. I felt like such a goof! It was great though, I've never been 'one of the guys" enough for people to pull practical jokes on me before, it made me feel included.
