Unnatural Act DVD Description: "A lusty lampoon of the Hollywood hit 'Heaven Can Wait,' this epic stars John Leslie as a down-on-his-luck guitarist who only has two things going for him -- his motorcycle and his ever-loving girlfriend Desiree Lane. After spending a lusty night in her arms, John heads home on his bike, only to be hit and killed by a car driven by porn producer Eric Edwards. Weeks later, when Desiree tries out for a part in Eric's latest hardcore production, John's spectral ghost appears on the scene. He watches as Desiree and Eric get down and dirty, then decides to make the most of his invisibility. Starring: The male acting performances are as well done as you can expect from adult film. I was impressed with Eric Edwards as the sleezy casting-couch producer and Ron Jeremy does his usual comic relief with great aplomb. John Leslie's performance as the ghost who comes back to express love for his girlfriend, to have invisible sex with a bunch of chicks and to seek revenge is effective. The female performances are also very good with Desiree Lane as the girlfriend, and Kimberly Carson as her roomate. But, the film squanders these fine acting turns with a plot that meanders badly, and a heartless love story. (How can John Leslie honestly profess love for Desiree Lane, when it's clear he wants to fuck everything that moves)
This is really high caliber porn. You have a film production with lots of sets and locations, a really large cast (though most of the beautiful babes are background extras), with a car chase at the end thrown in. This has the size of an independent feature film.
This is where the movie really loses steam. There are the requisite five sex scenes, which are all reasonably well done. However, they could have really squeezed a lot more sex in the film given the abundant babes, especially when the plot stalls in the middle of the film.
Usually jokes in porn films fall flatter than a pancake. But, here many of the jokes really made me laugh out loud. John, Ron, and Eric have some decent comic timing. The scene where John's ghost catches Ron Jeremy masturbating is priceless, and the scene at the bar is very funny. I wish the whole film were like this instead of this wishy-washy love story.
The love story isnt' constructed well at all and the film's plot was really stretched out. This really is a first act of a movie elongated to almost the whole movie. Once John Leslie is resurrected, the story doesn't go anywhere until the very end of the film. Also, the very brief cameos of Ginger Lynn and Krista Barrington were more frustrating than welcome. (Why didn't they show these two women doing what they do best?)
With the budget, the performances, and all the nubile babes in the film, this should have been a grand slam, isntead it's more like a stand-up double. I give it a 7, for some good laughs and some good sex scenes.

Personal Review
This has a different story that surprisingly entertained me and made me wonder how it was going to end. Yet, the inconsistent hot sex and weak settings lowered my rating. Its nice to compare this with Loose Times At Ridley High ‘84, which has creative scenes, but a weak story. This is a solid effort, but falls short of being excellent. PR 4
Sex Scene Sequence
1. Leslie and Desiree do it at her place before he is killed on his motorcycle.
2. Edwards auditions three girls; the one that is willing to put out gets the part. The lucky red head, Misty Regan, get the part! This is a hot scene!
3. Desiree and Edwards play around a bit before the ghost of Leslie appears.
4. In the locker room, Monet (brunette) and Crystal do a girl on girl on top of the message table. Then the ghost of Leslie appears and starts a fuckin Crystal until he cums on her back.
5. Leslie with his ‘eternal dick’, fucks Kimberly while she is a sleep and she thinks she is having a wet dream! I pronounce this a classic scene!
6. Jeremy and Tanya do some fetish in bed before getting down and dirty.
