Starring: Lisa De Leeuw, Sue Nero, Candida Royalle, Jennifer West, Mike Ranger, Johnny Keyes and others. Lisa De Leeuw was very good in her first recorded anal scene, Sue Nero has no lenghty sex scenes although her boob are humongous, Candida Royalle carries the load (no pun intended) of the sex scenes, Jennifer West plays the balls buster trainer and is very good in this film.
The sets were cheesy, the football uniforms and playing terrible, and the acting was decent, definitely not the movies forte.
A nine, Lisa De Leeuw is enjoying her first anal, Candida Royalle is humped by many in this film. The scene of the coach getting screwed by Jennifer West is off the charts.
There is the scene of the cheereleader getting screwed by Mike Ranger and the assistant trainer, which makes all football players and high school boys dream.
Johnny Keyes standoff attitude towards Candida Royalle, he treats her like a whore, no wonder Royalle has broken ties with the porn industry!!
Nine, a big movie with huge boobs, and fast paces action a must for collectors of the Golden Age of Porn.

Starring: This 1979 film features several fine porn babes, including Candida Royale, Jennifer West, Lisa De Leeuw, Sue Nero, and an apparent one-shot wonder named "Debbie Evans. " The male leads are vets Johnny Keyes, Turk Lyons, Mike Ranger, John Seeman, and Jesse Adams, plus the lesser-known Michael Parker. Another veteran stud, Rick Lutze, is unbilled in a crucial role. Unfortunately, his acting is rather overwrought, and none of the performers really show much acting ability.
This was one of the earliest films by director Jack Genero (billed here as Jack Mathew), and while the cinematography is adequate, his editing of the sex scenes is poor. One hopes he got better. This film has a large variety of indoor and outdoor settings, nothing fancy, and the costumes are cheap-looking.
Not too hot. One's cheerleader fantasies are not well-served here. (Dispensing with character names), Lisa, Sue, and Debbie try out for the "Prickettes," the cheering squad of the stumbling Dallas Cactus football team. Head cheerleader Jen West wants Candida on the squad instead, but all four girls are chosen after Sue gives some under-the-table head to Rick, the team owner. But Rick has a hard and fast rule -- any player who has sex with a cheerleader is automatically off the team. That's fine with Candida, who's out to seduce Turk, the team's new quarterback. Her motivation: Her boyfriend, Johnny Keyes, has bet Rick that his team won't win the championship that year. If Candy can get Turk thrown off the team, Johnny's bet is secure. The rest of the film follows her efforts to woo Turk, and we get to see a lot of sex in the meantime. There's a brief shower scene with the girls and guys -- no screwing, though, and Jen does a little pussy-probing to ensure just that. Then Jen straps on a dildo and enjoys a lesbian tryst with Candida. Candida does a couple of scenes with Johnny, and later fucks a sleeping Jesse in an effort to make Turk jealous. One of the best scenes in the film is Debbie's threeway with Mike and Michael, and Lisa's fans might enjoy seeing her in a rare anal scene -- with rain pelting down in a muddy roadside -- with Seeman. Johnny finally succeeds in getting Turk off the team, and Rick has to "relax" his anguish with a little anal probing from "Aunt" Jen, before he turns the tables and fucks her. Lisa likes Turk for the right reasons, and she finally succeeds in seducing him in a restroom. That paves the way for the finale, a disco strip party (no sex, though). Despite all this screwing around, only one of these scenes -- Debbie's -- builds much heat. Everyone else just seems to be going through the motions, and the female bodies are not as well displayed as they need to be. This film was a good idea but it needed some more imaginative sex scenes.
The excellent cast. Candida, with her Italianate beauty and buxom body, shows why she was a fan fave during her rather short on-screen career. Lisa and Sue are suitably busty, and Debbie is a nice surprise. Jennifer was a hot erotic actress but this one not one of her best efforts.
A talky, overwritten plot, and the lackluster sex scenes.
Some people may recall this film fondly from 1979, and it probably made a bunch of money. But it's mediocre by the standards of 1979 and less-than-mediocre by current standards. RATING: 3
