Starring: During the mid-'80s, the great Alex deRenzy struggled to make video as satisfying as film. He sometimes succeeded by streamlining his productions and keeping the tone light, but the sex sizzling. "Angel Puss," yet another hospital romp, is certainly light, but lacks sizzle. It stars Joey Silvera as a patient with poison oak and blue balls. The nurses include Shann McCullough and Renee Morgan, with Tom Byron, Peter North and Brandi Wine popping up for some action whenever Silvera begins hallucinating.
The ham-fisted script is as obvious as the sets are phony. It's OK when a video plays for laughs, but the "gag" plot is so heavy-handed it drains the sex of any excitement.
There are plenty of great looking babes to devour. You'll wish you had a Renee Morgan to visit you in your time of need. And Brandy Wine makes a great guardian angel.
The cast throws itself into its work. Shanna, a blow job queen, demonstrates her skills in a fun scene with Byron and North. And the climax, Brandi appears as angel assigned to relieve aching balls and heals our Joey.
It's an obvious quickie toss off without much focus on making the sex heated. DeRenzy feels lost.
A 5 for the game cast.

Staring --- Shanna McCullough, Rene Morgan, Brandi Wine, Jennifer Hall, Kendal Marx, Joey Silvera, Peter North and Tom Byron. Also, a guest appearance by the director.
Personal Review
This economical, entertaining comedy has a simple, plot-less story about hospital employees that will go to any length to please their patients, in this case, poor Silvera who repeatedly attempts to have a nurse lend a helping hand! Then, when two stud legends tell the head nurse they need her dedicated service, she gives them her all which leads to a classic queen’s three-some while poor Silvera is left out again. This received AVN’s Best All-Sex award, but don't expect much. Although, for the time period, it is above average. PR 4--
Sex Scene Sequence
1. Rene, a candy stripper with small titties and huge nipples, tries to cure what is ailing poison oak victim Silvera, but in the end she don’t cure his on going problem.
2. Silvera thinks back on a fantasy with Doctors North and Byron satisfying four girls (Rene, Shanna the red head, Kendal the darkest brunette and Jennifer).
3. The same four girls above satisfy themselves on a bed.
4. Head nurse Shanna does Doctors North and Byron while Silvera gets left out again. DP anal.
5. An angel (Brandi) finally comes to save Silvera in his hospital bed.
