There are so many teen lines on the market today it's hard to tell one from the other. Digital Sin has taken the Nineteen Video Magazine line and added to the growing number of teen DVDs on the shelves. These videos are generally well shot and have good picture quality, so the DVD should only enhance these strengths. Beyond the technical aspects, the 19VM's are pretty much like other teen vignette movies. We start out with a very Miami Vice-type set up. It's 1979 Florida and some members of a drug cartel are meeting to discuss the details of a new arrangements. There is a lot of dialog here, but it's pretty good, making me wonder what kind of a feature they could have made from this. In a series that has some very memorable scenes from girls like Katie Gold and Candy Apples, this isn't the best volume, but it's still worth a look if you like the women in the cast.
