I was just having a chat with someone about why there aren’t more porn features about rock stars and groupies. Now we get this effort from Vivid and rising star director B Skow. The movie is actually an all-access look at the mega-bang Jethro Balls, complete with cheesy lead in and an overwrought journalist digging deep to find out what makes the guys tick. It basically becomes a story-telling contest with the guys trying to provide the best groupie story. It’s a pretty cool set up and leads us nicely from one scene to another without too much story required. I was very impressed with Skow’s debut work and look forward to seeing how he takes on this obviously appealing theme.
Guitar-god Jerry has the first groupie story and it’s a pretty good one. With the band playing in front of a packed house, he pulls Alexis Malone up on stage and starts playing with her tiny titties. The music in the background wears thin pretty quickly, but I like the way that he shows her body off to the crowd before turning her loose on his cock. I’d like to see a little slower pace on the editing, but at least we actually get to see this little cutie bobbing her blonde head on his prick. What makes this story really work is the fact that she crawls from Evan to Ben English. (Who is the band’s manager or head of security or both.) The sound mix is good here with appropriate music that doesn’t drown out the sounds as she gets drilled. She does some nice work with her legs high in air and his dick slamming away on her. I really like this girl, but the scene just doesn’t quite have the heat that we saw from some of the others. She does do a nice job of jerking his load of his cock at the end of a spirited romp.
The bonus material includes the usual trailers and commercials as well as a BTS and five bonus scenes. Three of them star Tawny Roberts and the other two feature Melanie Stone and Inari Vachs.
No giving away the winner of the contest, but we get to see Evan Stone do a little acting right at the end of the movie. I like the way this movie is paced and the sex is pretty good as well. What I really like is the way the sex scenes are shot and paced differently to match what is going on in the movie. It’s a small thing maybe, but when we watch the same porn scene over and over in most movies, something like this is a nice change of pace. The girls are pretty attractive, especially Lanny who continues to be one of the best looking babes in the business. Tawny does two scenes in the middle and is probably the biggest draw here. She takes on Evan and then does anal with Ben English. That isn’t a small task and she really manages to keep things hot. The music fits the action and adds a nice layer to the movie. I loved the commercials in between the scenes. They are perfect for this sort of music ‘documentary.’ This is a nice little feature with sex scenes that fit the story, a few laughs and a couple of good sex scenes starring Vivid Contract Girls.
