Starring: This is a sexual coming-of-age story featuring Lysa Thatcher as the ingenue. Her youthful freshness and nice acting skills make her perfect for the part. Her mother is Linda Vale and her stepfather is Jamie Gillis. Her best friend is Kandi Barbour, scrumptious as usual. After being caught by her mother on thr verge of having sex with her stepfather, she decides to travel to New York to rejoin her runaway sister. She hitchhikes with magician Jake Teague and his wife Jody Maxwell. Veronica Hart is a wealthy businesswoman whot employs the sister. Eric Edwards is Veronica's boy toy. Arcadia Lake is a painter of erotic pictures who has a tryst with Edwards. A great cast.
The producer and director was Cecil Howard, and this has the very high standards of his best work. The most impressive aspect of the production was the great camera work. This is a visually stunning film. The title song and background music are well done. The script by Anne Randall is very good.
The sex scenes are not particularly rauncy by today's standards, but are rather more sensuous. The scene where Kandi seduces her tennis instructor is both funny and hot. The night at a motel with Lysa, Jake and Jody is both figuritively and literally magical. The hottest scene is between Veronica, with her customary electrical screen presence, and Eric, ending with a well-captured anal (which Howard rarely used).
The best way to sum up why I like Cecil Howard films is to compare him to the current rage among directors, Pierre Woodman. In a Woodman film, a woman will see a pair of handsome strangers, stop what she's doing, and start giving them a blowjob. The scene always ends with a DP. How many women do you know who behave that way? Woodman's characters are cartoon figures feeling nothing but lust and greed. In a Howard film, the sex flows out of characters with individula and distinctive personalities. I do not remember ever seeing a DP in a Howard film, probably because his characters, like most people not in the porn business, just don't do DP's.
By today's standards, the sex scenes are too short. After a suitable amount of foreplay, the actual intercourse is often over as soon as it starts. Of course many films from that era were that way. Also, the ending was sort of confusing.
This is terrific film with a wonderful cast and superb direction. A strong 9. 5.

Personal Review
Cecil Howard is a genius porn maker and I wish Command Video would get their stuff out there for us to buy!! Any ways, after watching this porn film over and over you begin to understand this is a visual journey through a troubled, young girl’s mind. This journey is mysterious, magical, surreal and extremely erotic. The story is so ambiguous; it leaves you guessing in the end. But, I’ve concluded that Denise, ’the twin’, is Sandi’s split personality after she was constantly molested by her true daddy and now by her mother’s new boyfriend, plus, Rhonda is Snow’s play toy in NYC. Technically, it is a visual treat, but the sound is below excellent, plus, some of the time, the script is so ridiculous, like the tease in scene 4, where the photography is poor too. Despite this, it is still a primo work of porn art! PR 4+
Sex Scene Sequence
1. At home, Sandi (Lysa) plays with her body as she has to listen to her mother (Linda) having sex with her boyfriend (Gillis) in the other room.
2. Sandi masturbates with the help of a hairbrush handle. Nice ass shots!
3. The next morning, Jamie comes into the bathroom to find Sandi naked and after some coaxing, submits to her curiosity and his aggression. Mother walks in on them before penetration saving her daughter’s virginity.
4. Sandi leaves home on a journey to the big city ‘to find her identical twin’. She calls a friend (Kandi) who is busy teasing an older man (Moore?). He takes charge and gives the little tease what she deserves!
5. Sandi hitchhikes and is picked up by an old man magician (Teague) and is taken back to his motel room and Sweet Marie (Jody). There he levitates Sandi above her bed, then, has wild sex with his gypsy mistress. Sandi feels their every move as she masturbates to a climax, then, wakes up to find them gone.
6. Two shady characters, Rhonda (Veronica) and Snow (Edwards), do a take off of the shower scene in Psycho before Snow does every hole in his rich girlfriend in a very well done scene.
7. Snow delivers the goods to Princess’s house only find the mysterious “Balloon Lady” (Arcadia) who happens to be an artist. She is painting a huge cock, so Snow gives her what she most desires.
8. At Rhonda’s house Sandi trips out with Rhonda as she uses a double dildo on the young girl. Then, Snow fucks her mouth before Gillis, her mother’s mysterious boyfriend, finally penetrates her.
