Review
The Los Angeles Evening Star is under threat of being sued and going bankrupt after an article gets printed about a heiresses plans to marry a pornstar. The girl’s father could easily put the paper out of business if the reporters can’t hatch a plan to turn their fortunes around.
To say this film has a lot of dialogue is an understatement. This film has a very different feeling to the Mr Marcus directed films of the “Amazing Black Trilogy” and proves that the only theme that connects the films is black.
The head reporter of the paper, Mr Burns (Jon Dough) is fuming and takes it on his secretary and part time lover (Nikki Sinn) about the potential of being sued. Nikki Sinn turns out to be a pretty decent actor beside the acceptable acting for porn professional, John Dough.
We cut to Mr James (Magnum D) terribly portraying a former reporter for the evening star pouring out his worries to a barman played by Cal Jammer. It isn’t long before Isis Nile arrives in the bar, beret on head and glamorous jewelry on her body and James is hitting her up for some bar stool action. This is the first time I have seen the often talked about Isis Nile. Her admirers will understand my excitement at having watched her perform for the first time. She is gorgeous, with supple lovely skin and perfect large size melons. She does great dirty talk throughout the action. I really enjoy watching this and will be keenly looking for other Isis Nile titles in future.
There is then a long conversation between Mr Burns, his secretary and Hagerty (Steve Hatcher). I want to mention that this is Steve Hatcher with long hair, healthy body, good looks and positive attitude. Not the better know weirdo, freaky, tired looking Steve of years to come. He has had the most obvious decline in health on the porno radar that I can remember.
From their conversation they decide to rehire the services of Mr James for triple the pay in order for him to double cross the heiress and stop the paper being sued.
It was great delight that I discovered Nikki Sinn was up next with Jon Dough. I’m a Nikki fan. She doesn’t look so young, so beautiful or to the taste of common appeal but she holds a special quality to me with her dirty bedroom eyes, luscious supple body and truly alternative, mysterious attractiveness. This a good scene with a long blow job and a great facial in which Nikki smiles throughout encouraging the male talent on.
The Pornstar in question, Reid (Valentino) is having a drink with the ebony princess (Dominique Simone) when she learns he is squandering all his money. She leaves the bar and a high society girl played by Stacy Nichols enters the bar claiming that both Reid and the bartender (Cal Jammer) resemble her dead husband. They see this has an opportunity to open her legs and continue to do so. Stacy is blonde, a larger figure with below average looks who doesn’t fuck so well but I enjoy watching this limited scene due to her charming, easy going smile, her natural blondeness and her obvious enjoyment in taking a pounding. The performances are all so, so.
To get his scalp, Mr Jones decides that he will blackmail the ebony princess after seducing her charms. Dominique is a beautiful ebony girl as expected with dark green eyes and big silicon tits that don’t do her a great service. She takes the bait and fucks him in the bar (as you do). Fairly good standard scene with weak cum shot by Magnum D.
Finally Dominique goes to the paper after she realizes she has been set up and plays one last card. Hagerty convinces her that it is best to settle it out of court by agreeing to fuck her instead of a court case. There is some chemistry here and the action is above average.
This is better than the other two black trilogy films but it doesn’t have the black urban flavor of the others. It is a standard production type of that year with generally above average viewing. 6 out of 10
Just remember is out of sync with individual scores due to overall value for money factor.

Juan Curves Review
This pack contains three movies and I will say straight out that it's a pretty good buy considering the price, especially for porn buffs and fans of black urban culture.
The reason I seek out this pack goes as follows... . For years, I had been trying to obtain, "Waiting to XXX Hale" for sentimental reasons as I had hired it from the video store when it first came out and remembered that I was pretty turned on by Obsession.
I knew it wasn't a great porno flick but I enjoy seeking out titles that I viewed in years when I wasn't porno buff in order to see how they hold up now. The sentimental attachment increases there interest factor for me, ten fold.
I have had to use three review blogs for this to review all movies so follow it up.

Review
The film is based on a mainstream film of exactly the same pronunciation which is basically a mid 90’s black sex in the city. Four modern, reasonably young, go getter black girls sit around, talk about their love life and fantasies. Brooke Harlow who was unknown at the time takes up the lead role in the first of only a few roles in a very short skin flick career. Mr Marcus takes up the director’s chair to lend a black urban feel to this, “Amazing Black Trilogy” title and gives us some funky hip hop beats which give the film some unique flavor.
The plot is non existent, the lines attract no notice and they are delivered poorly by talent with an abundant lack of acting talent. Do I hear you say, “Hey this is porn what do you expect and what do you care”. Well you are probably right but in this case it’s almost an exception as they are so flat and embarrassing that it’s neither funny, nor watchable and keeps the audience wondering why they bothered to do a script.
In the first tryst, Obsession who was fresh to the business at the time takes on an unknown, going by the name of AD. This is possibly the best part of a film with very lame sexual direction. It’s slow moving which suits the smooth funky romantic back beat allowing us to take in some postured pumping by two very attractive participants. AD is a good looking, well toned black guy who does ok here but I have never seen him anywhere since.
Brooke then shares with the girls a fantasy about pulled over by a cop who is going to give her a ticket but she strikes a deal to fuck him. The cop is Tom Byron and the action is ok. Brooke is a good looking innocent black girl with a good figure but her inexperience almost spoils the action. Luckily she was teamed up with one of the industries best. This takes place in a garage. Brooke also has some suitable black long leather boots on.
The third scene between Shonna Lynn and Julian St Jox is nothing short of tragic…..dull, disinterested, unimaginative waste of time. Julian is generally a very poor performer. I have only seen Shonna a few times where she has been good so it is with great shame that she puts almost nothing into this scene. I won’t deny that the dull direction was a major cause of the failure. Poor amateur shooting seems to be a feature of Mr Marcus’s work of this period.
The girls then have a food fight at Anna Amore’s restaurant which is precedes into a (you guessed it) group orgy. Sound good? Well, the poor shooting, editing and sex is beyond belief. It’s as if there weren’t allowed to stop filming and the talent was told to look as amateurish as is physically possible, we really want people to be disappointed with this purchase! The only exception here is Anna Amore who gives it her all and there is a nice joint dildo fuck between her and Obsession.
The last scene which is unconnected with the plot sees Anna Amore take on Julian. Usual complaints here, poor direction, julian is useless. It’s basically doggy style the whole way through. Anna is an average looking ebony women with a wicked body and the right attitude for porn although she can’t save this video from being a flop on her own.
You may find this ok if your serious about black porn. As a whole though, it’s a lazy waste of time. 4 out of 10
