Remember those great prison exportation movies of the 70’s and 80’s? Those movies always cut out right before the good stuff really started. This one won’t do that and because it’s a Big Top/Boobsville production, all of the girls are packing massive chest cannons. John West is pissed off about the conditions in prison so he complains to guard Kiana. She gives him a choice. He can speak to the warden or he can have her. For boob lovers, there is some good tit footage without crossing totally into fetish territory. In the end this is a solid movie with decent performers and big racks. It’s not great, but it’s worth a look if you like female cops with huge knockers.
