Talk about a comeback that was a long time coming. After nearly making one of porn’s biggest comebacks a few years ago, rumors of Tori’s return bounced around like unbuckled kidlets in the back of mom’s SUV. Vivid was finally able to pin down the legendary porn superstarlet and get her blue screen return on film for all of us to enjoy. Just a little piece of history if I may. In between Candy Evans and Kaitlyn Ashley, Tori Welles spent a long time at the top of my personal fave list. From the time I met her at an early CES show until she hung up her fuck-me pumps, Ms. Welles was number one, hands down. After a long time off, with only the Private Diary of Tori Welles to keep us happy, Tori is back. A few years older, sporting more tattoos than I would like to see, but back where she belongs, in the smut spotlight.
Tori is married to Ian Daniels and she’s looking for something more than their usual bump and grind. While Ian seems more interested in watching TV, it doesn’t take too long to get him excited once she wraps those highly skilled lips around his cock. OK, so she grabs her by the hair and keeps right on watching Jenteal being interviewed on TV. Tori is a bit heavier than the last time we saw her, (In Private Diaries.) but attacks his rod with absolute delight. As comebacks go, this one gets mixed results. As I said, Tori is older and has added a few pounds and some not so easily overlooked tattoos. Still, she fucks like never before. It kind of makes me wonder if she was held back in her old work, or if she has just evolved as a sexual being this much. Either way, the end result is even hotter performances in her sex scenes. (Except the first one, which is supposed to be rather mundane.) The biggest problem here is the rest of the cast. With the exception of Bobbi Bliss who is a vocal and pretty wild fuck machine, the cast is pretty dreary. I’m sure Vivid didn’t want to upstage any of their big guns by putting them in with Tori, but couldn’t we have at least seen some attractive B Girls? With a simple plot and some fantasy play, this may do well for couples, but the main appeal is still for those of us who have longed to see Tori. All I can say is that after seeing this film, I want to pull out Private Diaries and hope Tori makes another, even better film really soon.

Starring: If Ginger Lynn and Marily Chambers can have comebacks, why not this busty sex queen from the eighties. Tori has held up well, confirming my belief that if Jamie Gillis and Herschel Savage can age onscreen, why not that gals? The story chosen for her return, however, is only passable. Tori and pal Sydnee Steele are frustrated by their dull sexual relationships. Tori is married to Ian Daniels, Sydnee is with Nick East. Neither are ligthing fires in bed.
Everything's fine. Director Guillermo Brown (whoever he is) does a good job capturing both the tedium of the girl's sex lives and the explosive sexuality of those around them--like spicey Bobbi Bliss.
It varies. The moments when East and Daniels are failing to satisfy their partners are actually as dull for us as the girls. Was that on purpose? But when Bliss is unleashed on Herschel Savage's member, she's electric.
When capturing their attempts to spark things up, the director is more successful. Ian has a good scene when the porn star in the video he's watching, played by the imposing Malitia, beckons to him. Then Tori discovers the video and finds herself mixing fantasy and reality with Tony Tedeschi, which turns Tori into the roaring sex kitten we've known for so long.
The plot is rather lame, especially for a film designed as a comeback vehicle. Tori deserved better.
