What can I say about Thomas Zupko that I haven’t said already? I’ve given him great marks for some movies and scathing rebukes for others. He is one of two directors to get both a perfect score and a total zero on my review scale. That tells you a lot about how good he is and how willing he is to take chances. After a few years with Elegant Angel, Zupko is under the Hustler banner. He is also back to making features for the first time since his award-winning “Opera.” For his big return to features, Zupko went out and got one of the most popular porn girls in recent years to make a comeback film as well. Avy Scott made a big splash in porn thanks to her big natural tits, big natural ass and girl next door sexuality. The combination of this talented film maker and this dynamic sexual performer should give us outstanding results.
As we might expect the movie opens with a poetic monologue from Kyle Stone. He seems to be Avy’s analyst, but isn’t exactly dripping with compassion. Just about the time the pretentious train is pulling into the station, we cut away to the first scene. It’s supposed to Avy’s deflowering I believe, though it’s Katie Morgan doing the horizontal bob at the bus station with Mr. Pete. Zupko keeps things arty until the action really begins, letting the natural heat from this amazing woman come out. She certainly doesn’t suck cock like a virgin. Katie shoves her ass in his face and devours his meat like she always does. We get some spitting, but there is none of that lame gagging shit that ruins blowjobs. Instead she proves that a woman can do a hot, aggressive blowjob without such things. When she isn’t sucking, Katie is verbally encouraging him and outright screaming when he finally puts his cock inside of her. It’s a power trip scene and he isn’t overly obnoxious, but it always takes away from the heat when we are watching sex against this kind of verbal background. Eventually she takes over at his request and starts calling him “daddy.” The actual sex isn’t bad and Vanessa shows off her ass really well during some cowgirl. I am sure that a lot of you tuned in to see Avy’s great tits, so you will like appreciate the great shots Vanessa’s rack as she bounces hard in RC. It has taken us a while, but we finally get our first look at Avy as she hooks up with Taylor Kurtis. This is what we were all waiting for and Avy delivers the knock out blow for sure.
The bonus material includes in interview with Avy. It isn’t your standard interview though as she is jerking/sucking a lucky guy off while Zupko asks her questions. (Dude, an Avy blowjob and I wasn’t invited? I’m hurt.) This is some very odd stuff, but it gives us a couple of bonus sex scenes from Avy. She’s a hot girl and In addition to this we get some great tease footage from Avy, trailers, slide shows and more traditional interviews with some of the other cast members. Most of this is standard, but the additional Avy footage is a must-see for any fans of this amazing woman.
For that this movie is, it is brilliant and I applaud it. What I worry about with a movie like this is how well it might hit the mark. For hard core fans of Avy Scott this movie may come up short. Yes, she does a fantastic anal scene at the end of the move, but is one enough? As a Zupko feature, this delivers everything we could want. It is well shot with outstanding music and a complex if sometimes pretentious script. On this level, this movie delivers everything that Zupko does best. It also works sexually more often than not. What I am thinking though is that real Avy fans would want to see more of her. Yes, she does that great anal scene at the end and yes, her girl/girl with Taylor is great. On the other hand, there will be some people who just want to see a simple movie that features Avy Scott getting fucked ten ways to Sunday in five or six scenes. If that is what you’re looking for, then you have the wrong movie. I liked it for what it is and loved the scenes with Avy and Katie. As a feature it is an excellent piece of work and I’m glad to see Zupko back. As a purely strokeable Avy movie, it comes up a bit short. (Though the bonus scenes are pretty hot and totally raw.)
