This is one of the most talked about movies of the year and I’m sure you can see why. It’s a remake of one of the true classic adult films of all times. It features two of the biggest stars in adult movies today. I guess it doesn’t hurt the buzz any that the movie was shot two years ago. That’s a very long time for people to wait to see Jenna and Savanna putting a new spin on an old classic. This movie has already been heavily praised by the critics who have seen it. In short, it comes with a whole lot of hype. No stranger to heavily-hyped movies, Jenna should bring some solid scenes to her devilish co-star role. Even with the lofty expectations that come with so much pre-release talk, I expect this to be a very interesting ride.
Savanna plays Justine Jones, an ordinary woman making her way through her lonely life. The first several minutes of the movie is a tightly edited, confusing barrage of images that lead us to believe that Justine is dead and wandering around some form of limbo. Her first sexual stop is in a warehouse where a group of guys is gathered around watching Vicky Vette get fucked. She takes on four at once, but the rapid cuts kind of take away the heat. Even with Vicky getting slammed in the ass, this thing never really gets above lukewarm as the guys spray her down with cum.
Justine’s “real” live seems just as confusing as her afterlife and the sex scenes are unfortunately equally inconsequential. By the time she finally meets Jenna, we are more than thirty minutes into the movie and are in desperate need of something hot. She is basically given the chance to have whatever she wants and for some reason that starts with Nick Manning naked in a swimming pool. At least we finally get to see a sex scene that isn’t chopped to hell. Her blowjob is pretty good, though the action is blocked out a bit. Nick slaps a condom on and gives her a pretty hard fuck from behind. I like the long shots that they mix in here, but they seem to have come at the expense of some really good stroker angles. She even takes it hard up the ass, but the mixture of angles just doesn’t quite work. It is the best scene so far, but we’re still looking at sex that seems to be aimed more at the cable market than I like to see. Still, you have to love the anal and facial on this one.
While Justine is busy cleaning up in the shower, she sticks a finger into her pussy and gets off. Jenna is in another room licking Rachel Rotten’s asshole. There is some great strap on action as Jenna nails the little Goth princess. Jenna fans even get to see the blonde superstar stick a toy in her ass before the oddball story interrupts the sex again. This time Roxanne Hall and Angelica Sin double up on the poor janitor who keeps popping up and adding cryptic dialog to the mix. They tease him for a while and Angelica dons a big strap on that Roxanne struggles to get down her throat.
Things continue to crawl along through the fog, but we come out on the other side with a scene between Savanna and Jenna. This is the main event and both blondes look great as they go at each other. Jenna goes first, sliding between Savanna’s legs for a bit. The scene is very hot, but way too short like the rest of them in the movie.
The big kicker comes a bit late in this movie, but we finally learn that Justine gets to live her last day over again, any way she wants to. That takes us into a huge, dark orgy that includes a little bit of everything. For those who are bored with just sex, there is some needle play that might have a few people wincing and heading for the exits. We also get to watch Rob and Rachel Rotten go at it pretty hard, before focusing on Savanna for a bit. She gets banged hard at both ends. The harsh shadows make it tough to really enjoy, but Savanna is clearly about as hot as women get. She gets stuffed with cock and sprayed down in some of the hottest action of the movie.
Let me start by saying that this is a pretty incredible adult film. The best aspects of it are as good as anything I’ve seen all year. Savanna Samson gives one of the best acting performances in an adult film in recent memory. She is perfect in the role and manages to shine even when the movie fails. Her sex scenes are the best in the movie as well, but that shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone who has seen her work in the past. Jenna adds a very solid supporting performance and joins Savanna for a too-short, but hot veggie tryst. Beyond the impressive acting, I wasn’t blown away by the production end of the movie. The script is all right, but the constant state of confused reality actually is more annoying that intriguing. I can appreciate a nicely done film and this is certainly that. On the other hand, a simpler approach with better sex scenes might have made this movie an instant classic. As it stands I think that the New Devil in Miss Jones will content for top honors at most award shows because it is a slick movie with a couple of great acting performances and a great looking cast. Sexually it was far too tame for me to really gush over. It’s too bad, because with truly hot sex scenes, this movie would have been really excellent.

Personal Review
This movie didn’t win AVN’s Movie of the Year Award 2005 for it's acting and sex performances, but from the production values, especially the excellent camera work which thoroughly explores every angle and depth not dwelling anywhere too long. Plus, the script is very intelligent featuring a new twist and it holds your attention to the very end. Finally, the sex is nasty and weird with as much girl on girl as hetero. All in all, this is a very intelligent & creative work of “evil” porn makin. PR 4+
Sex Scene Sequence
1. Jones (Savanna) discovers a surreal gang bang in a warehouse. A blonde girl (Vicky) happily takes on four studs (Slater, Childs, Metro & Steele). Jones mysteriously becomes naked while watching the perversion with a dozen naked men who begin fondling her exposed body.
2. At the work place, Kyle (Tedeschi) and Ms Plum (Roxanne) do the nasty during a break outside in the courtyard as Jones spys on them for a while.
3. Young, handsome, possesed, long hair, Ted (Smothers) from work, seduces Jones and around a beautiful outdoor pool, teaches her the way to orgasmic sex.
4. Jones takes a shower then watches Miss Devlin (Jeanna) fuck her best girl servant from work Stephanie (Rachel) with a huge dildo.
5. Janitor Jordan (Manning), who secretly loves Jones, is caught being bad by Miss Devlin. He is taken to another room, tied up and humiliated by Kyla (Angelica) and Jasmine (Brooke) while Jones has to watch.
