I have to wonder if Jules Jordan and Erik Everhard are in a friendly competition to see who can crack the five-hour running time first. I can’t believe how much I liked the movie at the start and how worn out I was by the end. I’m sorry, but four hours is just too long to keep a movie like this going. Perhaps the set ups are all just a little too long. Perhaps we could have done with one fewer scene. I don’t know. I found myself thinking that if the movie were maybe three hours instead of four plus, it would have been an A for sure. I’m sorry, but these full day movies are just too much. I love the action here, I really do. Some of the set ups are too far into the pedo crowd for me, but the sexual intensity takes over in every scene and wipes all of that away. Erik is onto something here, I just wish he’d spend a bit more time in the editing bay working on the flow of a movie. Sometimes it really is possible to get too much of a good thing. There is an A movie in here somewhere, but it’s padded down to a B with just a bit too much.
