Starring:
Karen Summer, talking with an awful Valley Girl beat, and Kathlyn Moore are the title characters. They work in Northwest Genereal Hospital just as a military experiment being conducted by nutty doctor Michael Gaunt is accidentally unleashed. Soon an odorless gas is seeping through the facility making everyone's sex organs itchy for action.
It's not too demanding. On par with the series, most of the action takes place on hospital beds or doctor's offices.
Though some scenes are by-the-numbers, others scorch. Sheri St. Clair is a hoot as an achy newlywed who ca't wait to hump her new hubby, but confuses him with another patient bandaged head to toe. One whiff of the aphrodisiac and she's grabbing at the first hard pole she finds.
The sex is raw and raunchy. Even Ron Jeremy is fun to watch as Colleen Brennan's long-suffering physician husband. They're prepared to split until the gas helps them rediscover her dormant libido. And Ashley Moore's scenes with the candy stripers offers some hot girl-girl humping.
I normally love Karen Summers, but her Valley-speak is painful.
An 8. One of the better entries in the series.

Personal Review
A serious, complex story with just the right amount of humor and a large variety of sex make this one of my most enjoyable porn movies I’ve ever seen! This ranks just above Nurses of the 407th as my favorite comedy in my collection. Highly inspired from the original done seven years before, this sequel is superb in its own right for the well written, original story and way above average acting and directing. Ridiculously funny at times, there are very creative nurse / patient / doctor sex scenes with very attractive ladies, hot music and very believable sets that are down right kinky! PR 5+
Sex Scene Outline
1. Dr. Fine (Gaunt) is fucking Nurse Kelly (Taija) in the medical lab when an accident happens.
2. Mr. Dr. Howard (Jeremy) and hot and juicy brunette, Nurse Noble (Auroura) get it on in his office while Emily (Sheri) secretly watches.
3. Newly wed George’s (Adam) memories of his bride Emily (Sheri).
4. Mr. Shipiro (Moore) a typical negative, Jewish patient, is brought to life by Candy Stripers Sarah (Kathlyn) and ditzy Angie (Karen) in a classic threesome on the hospital bed. Then the voluminous Nurse Kelly (Taija) joins in.
5. Nasty Nurse Noble (Auroura) eats out Ms. Dr. Howard (Colleen) at the nurses station as the Major becomes a distraction.
6. Bride Emily thinks she has found her husband in bed as she gives the wrapped mummy a blowjob and fucking he will never forget!
7. Young candy striper Sarah fingers herself in front of newly wed George in the back room before riding him out. (Same time as above)
8. Mr. and Ms Howard with Nurse Noble in threesome. Then, Major. Stafford (Nineteen) and Sarah join in, and finally, Nurse Kelly gets in on the action.
