I don't know who in AVN gave this 5 stars. There are three girls that could be called headliners in ethnic erotica, the rest are forgettable mugs and bodies. Whenever there is a lot of sex happening in the same room, the energy tends to feed on itself. The Orgy World series in all it's various forms, Brown and Round, Asian, etc... is of the same basic formula. I can't see much difference in any of them.
I like Nautica Binx, so when the camera is on her, I'm having a better time for the moment. But then it's frustrating that she is haring screen time with less that stellar performers. But that's the orgy genre. Pick according to your favorite girl, and hope to glean snippets of satisfactory action out of her.
